Training Packages
1 x Session
This session will comprise of an overview of Ashley’s different training approaches. The clients goals will be taken into account & the session structured around them.
Taster
4 x Session
This package includes the creation of a workout plan. Prior discussions will have taken place to ensure maximum understanding of the clients goals, hurdles, interests & aspirations. The forthcoming sessions will train & guide the client through the plan ensuring full autonomy for when the client is on their own.
Set-upProgress8 & 12 Sessions
This package now includes full access to Ashley’s online training portal. Here the client receives weekly check-ins, in-depth workout monitoring, statistics, graphical representations of exercises, streamlined communication tools & if required, nutritional support & planning.
